Please tell me your source
As you previously stated,"I don't want to belabor the point but if you just rushed to issue yourself 600,000 shares and expected the price
to be a dollar, two dollars or more in the very near future, would you be dumping those shares for 25 cents?"

In case you haven't noticed we traded over 15mm just on Friday alone. Up over 500% since Monday. Interest is coming from somewhere and for good reason. Heres just one:
From April 7 press release

''Our first project together,'' said Richards, ''will be installation of AirLink for the City of Richmond in northern California, a city of
approximately 96,000. Upwards of 100,000 utility meters will ultimately be interconnected using the AirLink system.''

Thus a possible explanation for why management rushed to be issued shares under employee compensation in late March. If you do have any solid evidence management has been selling into the recent runup please share, if not you're merely wasting people's time

P.S. Don't worry Alan I'm sure with the kind of liquidity GLCP has you shouldn'd have a-n-y trouble selling your shares:))))

NONONO you've taken my comment out of context!
I was implying that if their compensation were fixed at a certain amount any intelligent person would want to be issued 600,000 at .05 than 125,000 at .25

Just thought I'd clear that up

If GLCP employees are selling hundreds of thousands of shares at .25, I'd say that is a concern. Some on this board have posted that they've spoken with the CEO directly.

Any volunteers to make a call and clear this up?

Could be they need the money NOW. If you need fast cash, why would you hold your shares? In fact, if you still hold SOME shares, it would pay to get rid of a few now to enrich yourself in the short term.
Of the shares sold, do we know at what price they were purchased?

His point was wouldn't you rather have a hundred thousand shares at .05 than twenty thousand shares at .25? If they know what's about to happen why wouldn't they put a rush on their employee stock options? CEO doesn't even take a salary but chooses to take stock instead...that shows confidence my friend.
