Yes, I think Sellafield is not a commercial reactor. I remember Del saying something like that. But no one will suggest one that I could study, so I decided to throw it out there for consideration. I do know that the seawater around there is very polluted and that there are a lot of radioactive and dead fish. The locals are quite upset.
