U.S. Democrats Blast IMF on Indonesia>

Charles,

I think the game is over either way. An IMF with no funds may be more obvious an troublesome to the markets and would rock them sooner then later. However the amount of money needed by Korea & Indonesia is much more then the IMF can ever provide. Don't be suprised if the Slickster & Rubin & Co go behind the scenes and convince congress that by keeping this market up 6 more months they're assure re-election and the IMF package gets approved.
