Richard - If you don't have any concern for 049'er, then you might find some consideration within yourself for the other individual referenced by that post. I don't consider this a First Amendment issue. I consider it a basic question of interpersonal consideration for anyone who may be wronged by statements going well beyond the scope of these forums and extending into questions of private behavior or character. I regret that the post has not yet been removed. Tom
