Convertible Debentures ... I just do not like them. One reason is they have to have something to attract brokers to the stock. Well MMs will hedge on the P and the Warrants fo any stock when buying hits the common. Again there has to be something there to overcome the shorting against the box. MMs are infamous for shorting against anything they can. Just a matter of time before the buying overcomes the hedging. Once MIDL does a contract with a major corporation it is not going to matter anymore.

It will be defined and I will just forget I own it. Let them play with it and other sell to make the market liquid I am hanging long for the max.
