Do you have any scientific studies which compare electrocautery vs. laser for TMR? I question the safety and efficacy of cautery for this procedure. I would not make any investment decisions about selling PLC, pertaining to your statement, unless it can be proven, that the same outcome can be achieved with cautery vs. laser. My gut feeling is, Dowd and Co. (and competitors) are not dumb. They know that reimbursement with insurance companies is key too their success. As physicians, they are aware of cautery, and would not try to compete with an existing technology which "would be cheaper and provide the same outcome".

Respectfully,waiting for your response.
