I would only be speculating as to why the Year 2000 statements (that you have called disclaimers) are identical. The probably were prepared by the same legal staff. So what? Also, with respect to your PS, I certainly did not suggest anything about all companies or about "true believers" thoughts about all companies. My comment was about companies that are well along in their Y2K programs and the "true believers" views of their Y2K statements. Al
