I think the new comer can accurately assume that I am on the short side of this debate from what I posted. It seems too obvious to have to be said. Even if I wasn't on the short side of this stock, I would advise anybody from investing in ZONA. At the current prices it is extremely over valued and is about as high risk an investment as you can find. There are better ways to make money on the long side with far better companies. As for the milestone payments, I was under the impression that the next payment will be made IF Vasomax gets approval, not just filed. I have never seen it stated any differently anywhere else. Furthermore, it makes no sense to give ZONA money if the NDA gets filed since SGP is the one doing the filing. If you can me point towards a reputable source of information that proves otherwise, I will believe you. However, I believe ZONA's last quarterly statement viewable at the SEC web site lays out the milestone payments just as I've stated.

As for the law suits, it like they always say, it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

Now the only question is, what will we do with David and Linda?
