re: PCAP

Gary,
I have the feeling that the problem of PCAP's stock price is not so much related to PCAP's share structure but more to the quality of the acquisition of IMAI. The latter was a reporting company on Nasdaq till it got delisted. However no filings (SEC) and no press release for them since then. Crazy - somewhat like a fog. Not easy to get hold of IMAI and its credentials. Last filing hinted to low working capital, however assets still outweighed liabilities. But many a thing could have happened to them since that filing the 10Q in late 1996 since there was no more current filings I could get a hold on..

Day Trading Logic ... I have had emails telling me they sold off some long hold becuase they were tired of waiting to catch a quick wave. Well I have done that myself. However I do get scared and jump back in my longs. All I need is one of the 4 to go and I will be fine.

People complain about the time and it not moving should classify their investment into a Long , BTS or short ... Then traded them accordingly. I personally want to grab those that will do extremely well in the next month or so and accumulate long termers until they do get defined.

I have to BTS and day trade to do this. But I get in at the bottom. There is a lot of tips out there. Question who do you follow? Which one is going to nail ya? Where do you get in? When should you get out? How much front running was done? (We all do that now) Who is the front runners and can you trust them? How strong is the investor base? etc etc etc

TMex has proved if you are strong enough and organize you can control the day trading world and make an absolute fortune. He has all the tips coming to him it was merely a choice then is all.

Boob is a prime example of tons of hard work and DD with contacts to the real world and day trader leaders capitalizing. It is going to take the same type of organization with investors. I know that sounds crazy but if you can an investor base and let the wave hit ot you can get rich. This is why I tell everyone waiting to set BTS sell orders to capitalize on the chance you are at work and someone runs your stock. You feel so much better with free shares.

Now I day trade don't even kind yourself but typically it is in solid stocks about to bust out and I do not tout them. Also a good momentum too if I can get a tip quick enough. All I am doing is educating people to be careful and use common sense.

If I miss it I wait to see the stable accumulation stage for about 5 days and then buy in on a Friday afternoon. Safer because it will go on the next news and BTS or dump out depending on what the stock is classified at and where I believe the story of potential.

Just use common sense. I have a few that have lost money on stocks I was DDing or picked but those same people have made a lot more money on others. I rarely get anyne saying they lost money.

If I lay idle to long I will sell a long and play, but I use common sense.
