OK, first you say they are lazy and want to golf more than they do. Now you say they will perform more surgeries with less office visits. Which is it?

And are they backlogued with surgeries currently, do they have the ability to perform more surgeries?

It seems to me the benefits here are improved patient care with less side effects and that the product is being sold in a channel that has established relationships via a major player in the ophthalmology market.

Just thinking out loud...
