I agree that Tracer would definitely be worse off without Mr. Jacobs - I just think that for what he is paid, we should have seen some more significant contribution from him since he joined the company in 1996. I have not been following Tracer since 1996, but from looking at the stock chart, it does not appear that anything significant has happened with Mr. Jacobs in the driver's seat, except further losses for the shareholders.

As to the WST, I have been told by other companies (not by Tracer, yet) that the WST will write up anybody, as long as you pay for "production costs" and order a minimum number of reprints. Yes - I am only speculating that Tracer has done this, but I think that I will be proven correct if you simply ask the company.

I will give you one thing - you are definitely a loyal shareholder of the company, and I respect that. As for me, I'm selfish, not loyal - I simply want to make money (or with Tracer, I would simply be happy not to lose money).

I wish to join Mr. Troyan and the others in their comments re executive salaries. To say that these are "cushy" and excessive is so absurd that one is left searching for words to describe the absurdity. $230,000 per annum plus stock options for the services of a man with the expertise, reputation and track record of Mr. Jacobs??!!! He left a "cushy" position and an assured "cushy" future to head this company that had been almost destroyed by an incompetent and probably corrupt management, Bre-X, etc.. I have to believe that he truly believes Tracer has a probable great future, with astronomical returns. I have 25,000 shares of this "dog", and might buy more. Jacobs is betting his career on Tracer, and I am stringing with him. Geneat
