>>" who would sell their stock now on the eve of extremely positive news being released."<<

If you owned 500K shares at .0025 for years (example) and all of a sudden it's at .25, you'd sell in a heartbeat, pending news or not!

Think about this:

The CEO does NOT receive a salary from the company. He does NOT receive a salary because he has put his heart and soul into this company and is determined to accomplish what they have been working so hard on for several years.

Now think of this:
The CEO sold 1/7 (200k) of his position at the ALL-TIME LOW...either he is just a really bad trader or he really needed the money...he told me directly "I had to feed my family"..his entire sale was a measely $8000 so it's not like he dumped a million bucks worth of stock.

Heck that $8000 sell would have been absorbed so quickly into the market anyway...just my opinion.
