Reginald, Being in the middle of severe withdrawal, I don't think I'll argue much about whether tabacco is a narcotic. But I remember seeing a program on Jamestown, where they had to pass an ordinance that folks had to grow food, because tobacco was so profitable. It's been around a while and, to a great extent, led to the foundation of this country. To the say the least, the feds and states and towns have benefited from the sin taxes. Did these taxes assist folks from stopping smoking, I don't think so. Will the new taxes assist folks from stopping smoking, I don't think so.
