Steve: Your guess is as good as mine.
I sure wish I was a mind-reader!! but failing
that and still having had some success understanding
greed and fear I will stick with what I know best.
I am more concerned to ensure the logic behind our
actions is sound. I usually hold for 3 years.

My gut tells me this stock rose with greed and has
dropped with fear and today is much below a sensible valuation.
The next 3 qtrs will confirm or prove me wrong... in
the mean time since I was in "accumulation" mode this is
an "opportunity" until something "proves" it is not.
I am right at the back of this herd and cannot tell
a. why the herd need run - I know it is running
b. where the herd is headed - most likely to Amazon.com/Netspeak

so help me here

Following earlier discussions here on "fishinees" or the
un-preparedness of those analysts: remember that one guy kept
asking that he couldn't understand the caluclation pf EPS?
The 1-time preferred dividend was stated upfront
in the prospectus (see below) or am I mistaken?
now i didn't note this but if I were analysing CMND for
my living :-( - and they don't analyse more than 10 each.

would appreciate your comments:
