Dear Dave,

I say you should get out of that wacky real estate and fork out the $1.25M to buy controlling interest in EXSO !! Just think of all the interesting people you will get to meet ! Lawyers, bankers, SEC officials, and a host of other good folks.

If you do I promise to buy some shares of your company. Then I will get NEW T-shirts made which say "I trusted David U. and all I got for it was this lousy T-shirt !"
