Flint,

CREAF and the internet:

This is a valid concern/potential and but I don't have any insight into any specific strategy they are pursuing in this area. The key problem, as mentioned earlier, is that hardware is ahead of bandwidth. I like Doug's suggestion of CREAF expanding into software. Perhaps they could acquire a software company that fits into their strategy of providing a complete mutli-media solution/experience. Doug, what about if they bought Real-Audio?? Real-Audio does seem like it is becoming an internet standard.

SB Live:

<a bona fide screw-up>

This is a little harsh but I do think it is product related not market timing (i.e. not tactical). A quarter (or less) slip in a product announcement is very very common in the tech industry. I know this from first hand experience. I would rather them delay the announcement a little than release a sub-standard or low quality product.

Good luck to all,

FF
