You can also type in the symbol ASMLF at the Yahoo Finance Site (http://quote.yahoo.com/). Below the ASMLF quote that will appear you find some recent company news. Click on the "Fri May 1 ASMLF Splits Calendar: ASM Lithography NV stock split announced" link. The stock split was also discussed on the last stockholder meeting which was held I believe last month.
