Dear JDN, Jeff: 8877 K shares versus 7856 K The first number is from the IPO Maven (posting date??) the 2nd from the prospectus on EDGAR.(see below) Jeff I noted the point you raised as well: preferred dividends not from sale...but did not read into it. would appreciate any further feedback on that here is from the prospectus itself: Common Stock offered by the Company................ 2,200,000 shares Common Stock offered by the Selling Stockholders... 500,000 shares Common Stock to be outstanding after the offering.. 7,656,750 shares (1) Use of proceeds.................................... For the repayment of debt, the payment of accumulated and unpaid preferred stock dividends, the expansion of sales and marketing capabilities and other general corporate purposes, including working capital.
