The first number is from the IPO Maven (posting date??)
the 2nd from the prospectus on EDGAR.(see below)

Jeff I noted the point you raised as well:
preferred dividends not from sale...but did not read
into it. would appreciate any further feedback on that


here is from the prospectus itself:
