Jan, wow, I can't see in Amzn's financial statements any $'s being set aside for this issue. Maybe Gary K, could dig a little deeper into how Amzn is handling this potential 'Bomb'?

I doubt having sales tax will reduce sales. However, the sales tax not paid on prior sales will be significant. Take an average of %7 and last the quarter the sales tax was $6,000,090.00. That will become a liability of AMZN as the sales for the prior quarter, etc.
