Just a caution if you're thinking of shorting CTXS. When it drops a couple of points on low volume (like today), it often turns on a dime then climbs. Who knows why.

Dan, Do you feel that the mgmt has too many shares or just there is alot of stock held by management. I feel that they deserve every share if they can continue to increase market value. One thing that I like to add is IMHO is they also are fair to their employees in the stock option plan for the employees. They know the value of people and they reward them for their services. That is the key to success...get good people and reward them for good work.
