Mike: I love your notes! You have so much important information most of us can't obtain, or not very easily. I believe we were due for some sort of contract announcement last week. It may have been postponed due to their having been so many other important announcements last week. I haven't heard anything about the lawsuit. News on hat could break at any time, I think. We have enough cash to sustain a lawsuit if that is necessary so ADRX cannot bluff MDIX the way some rich companies can, forcing them to give up an expensive suit because they have so much more money. In this case, MDIX seems to have both a good case and the funds to sustain that case, if necessary. So ADRX would need to take it seriously. If their smart, they'll pay off MDIX handsomely to drop the suit, pay for the prior use of their software, and pay royalties for the future use of the software. Something like that is what I envision. I have no knowledge of what's really going to happen, though. Linda
