Alan, thanks for your hard work and thoughts on GE. Your opinions are well-thought out and the questions you raise deserve answers. I've got the names of all people filing 144's up to Feb. 11, 1998 and it only added up to 700,000+. Sabrina, always considered honest, has commented that she knows of no insiders dumping stock and they try to keep track of that quite diligently. I don't know who was selling at 5 to 7 cents in those big volume days back in February. I know I was one of those who was buying them though.

Can anyone else shed some light on the questions raised by Alan?
