The dilution is going on currently. If you listened to the conference call on this company you would have heard that 60% of the conversion shares were sold into the recent rally. 40% remain, of course, to be sold into future rallies presumably. QDEKs own estimate as to how many shares outstanding there will be after all the conversions is over 67MM (not quite 70MM, true you've got me there). There were 43+ million outstanding BEFORE this recent conversion activity. If you don't know how to dial a phone and listen to a conference call I suggest you get someone to explain it to you.
