Opportunity for CMND? The Euro.

I read a newspaper article in the Miami Herald for May 2 that said
the conversion to the "Euro" in 11 EU countries over the next few
years will require more programming changes than Y2K.

Seems to me that CMND could get a piece of that, especially since
they have overseas facilities already (albeit in India), which
means they aren't clueless like some U.S. companies about the
overseas market and foreign cultures.

>> Jeff I noted the point you raised as well:
preferred dividends not from sale...but did not read
into it. would appreciate any further feedback on that <<

The point I was trying to make was if $260,000 preferred dividend was paid from offering cash raised instead of the net income, then the net income for 3/98 would have been very close to $455,000 instead of the actual net income reported of $195,000. Using 4,938,000 shares and estimated net income of $450,000 would have netted an eps of $.09. Even if you use $450,000 along with the higher share total of 7,856,000, the eps would be $.057, which rounds to $.06.

Jeff
