Not only that but notice that the BK trustee sold the property. Usually you can buy things for cents on the dollar from the BK estate.

As to mining rag, yes, a little more objective, but as to andacollo, IMHO they'll be eating their words. I have been told numerous times that MDIN owned the surface rights to the land that was bulldozed, now the rag is saying that MDIN leased the buildings from, I guess, DAY. I assumed that MDIN and the landowners were together on this, with MDIN leasing/buying the land from the local owners. Very very interesting. And to state that another company would not be interested in the Andacollo property??? Ugghhhhhhhh.

Time will tell.

Looking forward to the month of May, Indy 500 and the Pacers, not to mention Peyton Manning new QB of the Colts, and then theres MDIN...........Hmmmmmmmm, what will the month of May hold... GG
