Jane, Thanks for the quick response re: conspiracy. Hmmm... I'm still confused about your first sentence. What do you mean by, "such a post to me would make you suspect." What kind of post? When you say "you", are you referring to me? Have I ever sent you such a post to make you suspicious? Which one? Are you saying you're on a list? I'm on a list? What is this list? A list of deviates from the herd? Not all participants of SI are necessarily in the United States of America. Have you ever read Machiavelli? Keep the people worried about the deficit while the real business goes on. Conspiracy? Who can say, really? To which conspiracy theory do you subscribe? The Illuminati? The Freemasons and Templars? The Catholics? The Jews and Israel? The Mormons? Hollywood? L. Ron Hubbard? El Barto? I think the idea of purging your political enemies goes back well beyond the Bible. It even happens in the Bible; see Exod. 32:27-28. And, I'm sure it happened before the time of Moses. Greg
