To anyone who can help out a newcomer:

>We know that there is a huge short position out there that has artificially made this stock a volatile one to this point. <

Just curious whether anyone (me for example) can determine what the present short position is? Do you have to have a direct contact with a MM? Or would you have to go through the history of all the sell volume minus the buy volume and the result is the short position?

If the answer is the latter, could anyone tell me how to obtain that type of historical data for any stock?

Cheers

Mike
