Yes, that's true about the FCC. However, the FCC has not been in a negative mood lately. I know, I keep tabs on them in my industry (TV)...they are trying to fill spectrum space and make cash...they're hurting big time and want to appear "pro-business".
As for the float, well, I've seen that before. Gotta realize most of the shares bought in at .10 or less. I got in at .17. Still plenty of room to make profits for alot of stockholders. Also, (I'm new, so I may be off with this) don't MM's sell shares they don't have - i.e., shorting the stock? I've heard this is a common occurrence, and have ACTUALLY seen the effects of it when they've failed (ouch!).
