I believe the next announcement will be the spin off details, but I
dont know when or if they have something else.
As to block trades, I think there is some professional money fund
managers building a long term position by the way trading goes. That
is the daily trading has been much higher the last month or so and
the price has been supporting and then moving up on the close each day
then falling back to support the next a.m. This is indiciative of
position building technique. Telescan, like Ameritrade is very
difficult for the institutions to get a position in without running
the stock because of the lack of a sizeable float. Telescan only has
around 4 million float and Ameritrade has 3.5 mill. This is nothing
when the funds start buying 100 thousand share positions.... Gil

Actually, I have noticed that the last few Fridays there has been noticable buying right at the end of the day. I think someone is expecting a significant announcement some Monday. Most buyouts are announced on Mondays I believe.

I noticed too that last Monday when there was no news, they sold at the open. Could be a repeat tomorrow if there is no news.

Dennis
