Daddy,
You're absolutely correct. Puhrty sent me an EMail telling me that Baker was given an account from Mork in which he was supposed to short "pigs", he said Mork refered to the stocks he was shorting as "pigs". OVIS was one of the "Pigs" Baker was shorting thru Vancouver for Mork.
Either Puhrty lied to me in his EMail, or he lied on the thread. Either way he was a liar.
One should remember that the diligence Tonto is dependent upon is from these same characters in the Mork camp who are documented liars. IMO, Mork, via a certain broker, fed Tonto tainted information about the meeting, because as you had pointed out before, Morgan's take on the meeting, which jives with one bmart emailed me, is very incriminating to Mork. Whether Morgan agreed with the 'scenario' Mork presented him is secondary, it's a no-win situation for Mork because, either way, Mork presented a "vulgar" scenario to Morgan. Morgan rebuffed Morks' vulgar offer, even if Morgan would have accepted the offer, Mork's hands are just as dirty, he brought the offer to Morgan.
Puhrty lied. And in Tonto's haste, it appears he trusted Mork and his broker accomplice, where diligence would have prevented him from 'stepping' in it.
