I agree with you on AMAT and NVLS, although I dont own either. Someday it will be worth owning them. (But for now "Buy Dell").

Sounds bad right?
Here's the article:
Technology Business Research surveyed users and found notebook PC users are increasingly concerned with long-term reliability, technical support, global service and support and repair time. Overall, customers prefer IBM slightly more than Dell. The gap between the top two is shrinking thanks to Dell's sizable gains Toshiba held steady. Compaq saw a decline in satisfaction.
