Maybe it was that way before the booze and the greed set in.

My rules for day trading <inside>

I started trading actively around the end of last
summer.When I first began I lost....and lost....
and lost some more.Just about every time I would
kick myself in the ass and say "why didn't I sell
earlier" or "why the hell didn't I buy that stock..
I knew it was going to go up".LOL...I'm sure you all
heard the old cliche.."buy low sell high"..well I was doing
that in reverse.I was buying high and selling low.Not a
good combo if you don't want to lose money.Well here
are a few rules that I believe will make anyone a better
trader.Again these our just my opinions.

1)school your self in the market.Know what a "spread"
is,know how to read a level II screen etc.The more you
know about stocks and how they market behaves the better
off you'll be.
2)NEVER NEVER fall in love with a stock. This is a
cardinal rule. This can not be broken.I lost more money
believing a stock would come back for me.When the
market turns against you don't buck it......it's much
more powerful then you.
3)kinda like rule #2....when the market starts to turn
don't sit there and think it'll come back to you.Waiting
for a market to come back to you can magnify a loss or
dwindle any gains that might have been made.Don't
be afraid to take a small loss.Rather a small loss then
a big one.
4)when day trading Level II is a must
5)fast executions.I can't stress this enough.A good broker
can be the difference between a winning trade or a losing
one.
6)don't let emotions trade for you.If you see a stock
start to run don't chase it only to get caught at the
top. There will be plenty of other stocks to trade.
7)When playing BB stocks be very careful because they can
be much more unstable then listed stocks.

Well I'm sure I missed allot of pointers but that's
all my hung-over brain could muster up today :)

Remember these are only my opinions.
