Hi, Anaxagores! I have re-read it and I think your interpretation is correct. If the FDA accepts the application for filing and does that by a certain date, there'll be a payment. I understood it differently on first reading. Sorry for the confusion. Dauntless doesn't have to pay anyone on that bet, now. Not that he would have been likely to pay up. <ggg>

Anaxagoras, thanks for the information and the clarification

Linda once again misinterpreted an english language statement and flapped her lips prematurely because she couldn't wait to take another cheap shot. This time, when the facts bore me out, instead of the apology that she never hesitates issuing when it's warranted, she takes another in saying that I wouldn't pay.

Isn't it great that everyone is so well protected from my lies?
