Irby,
This goes back to my angrily-received argument that most individuals do better with other hybrid forms of trading than day trading.

Perhaps you have a better eye as a swing trader/position trader...One trader/client we had got crushed two years ago when tech collapsed, when IBM was 1/2 its price, INTC was 60, pre one? or two splits. Nonetheless , the trader realized that seeing accumulation distribution over a slightly longer period was easier for him and thus has done wondefully adjusting from trading for 1/8s to being a quality position trader.

Disciplines are similar but downside stops and upside targets are off as well as the selectivity must be more rigorous.

I have always felt that day trading should have aplace in a traders portfolio but not a big one.
