I bought it as a value play in a high growth area of backplane assembly. SANM for example the leader is selling quite high. But it seems to be having superior growth and also using acquisitions. ALRN growth has been flat the last year. But as a GARP investor it is a good choice I think eventually. They are expanding capacity and seem to be back on a growth track albeit much slower than SANM which is about 30% vs 10% for ALRN but ALRN should improve and their is always the possibility of a merger. Stock is closely held with the CEO owning over 50%. Stock mentioned in Barrons awhile back as a good value sleeper. But this stock is for the patient GARP investor and is not an exciting play Rich
