Thanks Mike! It couldn't come at a better time! Good simple explanation. Details are always to follow. Who could possibly answer all the questions people come up with? I didn't expect to get answers to all my questions anyway. But I am glad you took time to stop in and enter a reply on the merger. You certainly took me off guard. Again, nice to hear from you! I like the strategy outlined. Basically it is sort of a spin-off since each division is it's own company AND CSMA is the parent holding company. BUFF aquires Enviro-Tec, Ad-HaTTers, Coconino Oil&Gas, and LPS Ltd. (which consists of the guts of the Coconino that we all know) and issues 1 share of BUFF for each single share of CSMA held by CSMA shareholders. At this point CSMA shareholders own 95% of BUFF. CSMA is now an empty non-reporting shell with legal problems. Eventually (some point in the far distant future) the CSMA shell will get sanitized and become what BUFF presently is. Kurt
