Marion , thanks, because I'm starting to feel there is enough liability here for any public auditor to demand their clients set up a loss reserve liability. If that is correct? Amzn will have to reinstate their earnings! Have you ever owned a stock that had to do that? I have, unfortunately, its like saying 'we might have Aids'

They can, and have made companies liable
because they had trucks in the state, employees in the state, or conduct business in the
state at any time.


This is the abiquity that arises in all states. AMZN could at some time find themselves liable for a vary large sum of sales taxes.
