Ironic that you would come to this conclusion. Would you also conclude that AMD policies over the years have been a cruel joke on uninformed and unsuspecting shareholders?

Why?

It's cheap.

It works.

It's a Compelling Value Proposition for Windows Computing.

It's made by Intel - it will be available in volumes required by PC manufacturers.
