LLLefty, yes, we might be the only ones to think Pars will rise four, five or ten fold. I don't say " know" because no one knows until after the fact. Every really big winner I've ever had (and I'll be the first to acknowledge that at the moment the jury is still out as to whether Pars will be a big winner) was an instance where the fundamentals suggested the stock could make a tremendous move and Wall St. said nay. If you want an example, go back and check the press reports opining that Lucent was fully priced when it was trading at 30. Now that LU has had a five fold increase, everyone thinks that the stock is the greatest thing since sliced bread. (No, I'm not saying LU and PARS are comparable companies.)

Once the upside potential is priced into the stock, you can't make any money. So be glad for the opportunity.

Some data about catract. Lat time i checked they were about 1,600,000 done per year in the USA. That works to 3200 per person. But there are guys who do 5000+++

The way this works is as follows:

1. a typical clinic has 3-4 suites (3-4 surgeries at the same time x 2 per hour), some have more).

2. New MD (a guy who wants one day to be a Rich MD) prep the patient. e.g. a. Create a cut in the eye and insert a Phaco Emolsifiers (that shreds and sucks the natural lense out)
b. famous and Rich MD (Dr. Yofi, Dr. Kobrun etc) enters the room and Insert and Hangs the IOL (interacular lense) into the apprpriate location. This takes about 5-10 minutes (tops)
c. Young MD does stiching etc.

3. A good MD can do 10 eyes per hour (if they enough suites and spend 5 hours doing it so it is 50 per day. Will you trust your eyes to a guy who does 10 a year or 3000 per year ?

4. It will take this guy 64 days to do 3200 operations which leaves plenty of time for Golf.

5. Some guys do as many as 10,000 per year. If you live in Florida or Arizona etc you see them advertise on TV

6. Government Medicare pays for 90%+++ of operations as most people over 65 (the common age for catract surgery) get Medicare

I hope this work. Having spent a few weekd following one of this MD I can tell you that they spent more time tslking real estate and LP than operating.

p.s RK procedures are evn more Factory like, In russia (Moscow) there is a single MD that does about 20,000 per year and has a hotel for keeping his patients (who come from all over the world) near his clinic

Hope this help, please go to CONVENTION of these guys and you will be amazed by the number of Financial advisors in attendance !!!

regardless of the number--the longer we live the more need for cataract surgery also corrective surgery for near and far sight vision problems will cont to increase. Eye surgery i will dare say is 20-25%of surgeries in outpatient surgery center i will check with my friends at Healthsouth, the largest owner of outpatient surgery centersin the US. Will report back to our friends on this thread. I feel that if this product is as good as we are led to think will be used in almost all cases, also the combo we the antibiotic will greatly aid the managment of these patients. Just think we got the head injury project and Tamoxifen in the future pipeline and the stock sell for less than 3 thi fact worrries the hell out of me tha we are missing something. Any info will be appreciated.
