Gary: Thanks for your note and review of company history.

I took my information from the note by Andrew H. (Reply #18, April 18). Andrew had spoken to Bruce Barron of Investor Relations. Andrew said:

"All together, he (Bruce) expects KAHI to take in about 50MM in revenues this year and to break even or make a small profit. They are still putting the company on its feet after previous management left the company in pretty sorry shape. Next year should be highly profitable."

The inference of a debt overhang was mine.

The .03 loss was from a previous company filing. I don't have a reference at hand.

Still looks very interesting. Hope folks will continue to update information about the company.

Steve

Correct spelling is Bruce Barren (not Barron). Sorry for the error.
