CK -- I posted a similar article from the Denver Post last week on the TAVA thread. I beat the drum about in several posts, but got virtually reaction to it. I think it is quite significant as I spelled out in my posts.

With your wanting to keep on eye on how fast the general public catches on to the real nature of y2k in order to time your pull out of the market, I think stories about the lawyers getting in on y2k will speed the process of gaining the public's attention.
