Check out the 'Best Online Brokers' section

Some brokers (MB Trading for example) will provide the level II feed, charting, etc for free or a reduced amount, if you trade reasonably frequently. Often, they also discount commissions as volume increases.

If you are only trading 1 or 2 days a week don't bother with a level II. You will pay through the nose for one. If you don't mind paying the money try PC quote online.
