Bullmarket,

I respect you as an astute investor! If you don't mind, I would like to use all of this as a learning experience.. I have a few questions about your post:

<<In the future, when even (soon?)BIGGER
NEWS come out, the price would rise even more if the shorts are gone!!! >>

Say for example: All of the shares are in investors hands with no short position.. What is to prevent the price from staying down because noone will sell.. Ask has to move up on volume.Doesn't it??

<<I would bet that those shorting DGIV are reading this thread and are VERY
worried about the THREAD POWER right now! >>

What is to prevent short term traders from seeing what we are doing, and jumping on for a short ride?? Wouldn't that cause more price volatility???

<<tomorrow
we can INDIRECTLY buy and cause the price to go up by FORCING the shorts
to buy to cover!!!>>

My broker E*Trade says that it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery, When will they be forced to cover my shares??? If it happens in 4 weeks, maybe it will have a different affect???

<<There is no downside-
we can have the certs be kept by the broker or by ourselves AND we can still sell
the shares (IN THE DISTANT FUTURE <ggg>) if/when we need to do so. So,
CALL FOR YOUR CERTS!!!>>

I believe there is an unforseen downside to every action. The question is ,does it effect us?? and is it significant??

One negative may be purely perception?? Is this stock involved in fishy smelling activity?? Shorting stocks is legal, and performed everyday, a bunch of private investors declaring war on the MMs may not be...Some may perceive this as negative even though it is not...Understand??

Do not take anything I have said as negative, I am as high on this stock as anyone here, but questions, questions, questions!!!

Craig

GREAT POST, BULLMARKET!!!
As you said, MMs will be PLAYING tomorrow! IF THE CERTS ARE CALLED, it may be their last game for a loooong time!
Again, everyone, do not fall for their tricks tomorrow-especially as they get desperate when they see we were SERIOUS about getting our certificates!
