Marcos, just wanted to say that I will post the PM, but will have to copy it by hand because our printer doesn't seem to want to read properly off of SI. Could be a day or two, but I'll get it done just the same. And thank you for the thoughtful PM reply. Mike

Marcos All people are capable of racist thoughts and actions. However, that doesnt make it right, or anymore acceptable. I have been on both sides of that coin in different instances in my life. It has never resulted in anything positive, only feelings of anger or shame, depending on which side I was on. The goal(at least for me)is to try and eradicate, as much as possible, the facotrs that breed such behavior. those factors are intolerance, coupled with a lack of empathy, communication, and understanding.
