Rocky. You designed your post so that the heading gave the impression that a recall had been issued, when there wasn't one.

True, investors should read the body of the post, but you fully realize that some, and especially those unfamiliar with you, would probably fail to read it and go off with the impression that a recall had been issued. Perhaps your intention was to start such an unfounded rumor.

One definition of a lie is "something that misleads or deceives", fits your post, and to lie is "to create a false or misleading impression", what you did. Websters New Col Dict 1977, pp 663.
