Judith Thanks for the info. We are learning about the effects of this process. Let's say you are right about the timing. What that says is that a MM can keep shorting the stock and may not have to pay until the float is all in cert form. However, if they wait that long the risk they are taking is enormous because they will <have> to cover at whatever price the investors will sell, which may be very high. There is an alternative: they can cover now, offer fair bid/ask prices, and not short. Am I missing something?
