Bernard, let me disagree with you STRONGLY. I suggest you consult a lawyer next time before you make statements such as the last one. If your statement about upcoming events is true I wouldn't want to be in your shoes.

Will anybody on this thread disagree with me?

1) There are rules about projections. Do you know them?

2) Who at the company gave you the information?

Bernard,

Thanks for your post. . . . nicely put. You've made a very clear distinction between legitimate prospects which may be freely discussed and hype. It's simply a matter of identifying reasonable projections as such, and that's not hype. Unreasonable projections of questionable motivation are hype, and reasonable investors use their brains and their own DD to tell the difference. Hype also often precedes insider movements such as management sell-offs, and so on. None of that has ever been evident with GPW. The GPW management know they have a potential, and have a plan, to become a major player in the software field, and they're holding onto their shares now with a tighter grip than the Scots hold their haggis.

I've been around long enough, and worked through hundreds of contracts of all types, sometimes in a very political environment, and you certainly wouldn't need to waste your money and time on a lawyer before posting something as innocent and common knowledge as you did.

You know, I think we got a bit lucky here, being in GPW. Let's not be afraid to search for a four leaf clover now and again, and even kiss the blarney stone when we feel good about our bit of luck!

Have a nice evening!

Murray

Bernie, I asked you the following questions a few days ago:

1) There are rules about projections. Do you know them?

2) Who at the company gave you the information?

Where are my answers? Why won't you tell us who is feeding you the information from within if that is the case?
