Mark, Please tell me what questions I was asking tonight. I believe I stated the process that calling for certs goes through. Byron then posted saying there would be an affect in 48 hours. I asked him to explain that statement. Is that any different than the questions others have asked about how shorts work? I also asked how anyone knows there are 2 million shares short? I have not been able to find out how you can see that number. Therefore, I asked. I have made more of an effort than you know regarding this company, including calling the company and talking to the transfer agent. If you think contributing positive means only posting optimistic hopes for the company, then we have a different definition of contributing. I like to deal with facts. Judith

Mark,everyone has a right to talk,but the veterans here don't have to respond to picky irritants. We are doing real well talking to each other.Ignore them.Wish I were in Vegas.

You people need to back off Judith, She has asked valid questions and made some valid points! I was involved in a stock a few years ago, and the board leader wastelling everyone to take POSSESSION of thier certs. While their Certs WERE IN TRANSIT, about two weeks, the stock made its move, and guess what happened, thats right, the one telling everyone to take possession were unloading their shares. And the price shot up, because their were no shares available, they were all in "TRANSIT"!!!!! How can you sell your shares if you haven't received them yet!!! Answer you can't!!!! so your stuck waiting. In the mean time the smart ones were selling into price rise, and buy the time everyone else was ready to sell it was over! Now you have a bunch of people wanting to sell all at once and the stock drops like a rock!!!!! This Has happened to alot of stocks out their, and one of the first rules in looking for a con is the asking of you to take possession of your shares! I don't beleive this is the case with this stock, and I am long 30,000, but judith and anyone else out there has a right to question anything they want, Because Byron, has become a very influential figure on this board, and thru his own tally you can see the amount of POWER he has over this stock. I own this stock and so do alot of other people and what is said on this thead DOES AFFECT THIS STOCK, so everyone has a right to ask questions and EXPECT an answer from someone who is controlling a stock using SI. I say controlling because, for example if byron was to post that he hear a rumor that somthing bad was going to happen to DGIV, the people on SI alone would tank this stock if everyone tried to sell at once!!!! My point in All this I BYRON, this has grown way BIGGER than YOU and you better becareful what you post, because you DO have a BIG influence on this stock so be Responsible!!! Vince
