Personally, I would get the 100mg pills and start with approx 1/4 pill, and see were that takes me. I may never try them, but this is my plan if I do. Plus I'm a value investor, and this sounds like a value investor approach to me.

After all, if you are going to have an erection for hours, who wants a painful one!?? <g>

PS I have read the medical stuff, and think and risk is minimal anyway. (But I'm no doctor...)
