Macker,

You make a lot of statements which you do not back
up with facts. I would like to know where you are
getting your information from.

1. How do you know why Mr. Chin was in the
Phillipines and how do you know he has another trip
scheduled?

2. Could you tell us the source of your statement that
Russia said no to AT&T and MCI?

3. You say Mr. Chin can provide value, technology
and service. What do you base this statement on?
Do you know the rates DGIV will be charging? Do
you know specifics about their technology? Have
you made a telephone call using their gateway? Can
you tell us the quality of the call? What past
performance of DGIV indicates that Mr. Chin can
provide service? What is the track record of this
company in that regard? BTW, I just got a voice mail
when I asked for tech support when calling DGIV.

4. You talk about the use of the callback feature
instead of waiting for leased lines etc. to be installed.
Are you aware that the contract in Europe is
specifically for the callback feature and not the long
distance service using the VOXport? What do you
base your statement on that DGIV will use callback
elsewhere? This has not been stated by the
company and would require a different server and
implementation. Could you also tell us the source of
your information that a contract "down under" is to be
announced soon? Can you be more specific of the
"latest greatest technologies" that would be used with
"digital relays"?

5. You state we shouldn't under estimate the
agreement with BDO. Can you please be more
specific why you think this is so significant?
